采用传统的固相反应法制备了0.45(Bi1-xLax)FeO3/0.55SrTiO3(x=0.1,0.2)复合体陶瓷.复合体样品的X衍射谱结果显示没有产生杂相,为单一的钙钛矿结构.对复合体的电滞回线和磁滞回线的测量结果表明,样品在室温下有较好的铁电性与磁性.同时,随着La的掺杂比例的提高,样品的铁电性能和磁性能均有所提高.而介电测量表明样品中存在弛豫型的介电损耗峰,推测样品中的氧空位可能是引起介电弛豫的主要原因.
The 0.45(Bi1-xLax)FeO3/0.55SrTiO3 composites with x=0.1 and 0.2 have been prepared by solid state reaction method.The X-ray diffraction(XRD) pattern shows that the 0.45(Bi1-xLax)FeO3/0.55SrTiO3 composites have the perovskite type structure and no impurity phases are observed.The composite exhibited ferroelectric as well as magnetic characteristics at room temperature.Meanwhile,the ferroelectric and magnetic enhancements were observed for 0.45(Bi1-xLax)FeO3/0.55SrTiO3 composites with La doping.The dielectric properties of the composite ceramics were also investigated.The possible origin for the relaxor behavior of 0.45(Bi1-xLax)FeO3/0.55SrTiO3 composites is considered to be oxygen vacancies.
