针对宁夏地区设施土壤连作障碍问题,研究了氨基酸肥、腐植酸肥、生物炭肥等有机营养肥料对番茄产量、品质以及土壤养分含量和微生物活性的影响。结果表明:单一有机肥和有机肥+生物炭肥3t·(667m2)-1,单一腐植酸肥和腐植酸肥+氨基酸肥均能较好地改善土壤酸碱度;腐植酸肥施用后,土壤速效氮含量显著提高,速效钾含量显著高于其他处理;有机肥、腐植酸肥均能有效增加土壤微生物数量,腐植酸肥+氨基酸肥处理细菌数量显著增加,单独施加腐植酸肥,真菌与放线菌数量显著增加;有机肥1t·(667m2)-1+生物炭肥6t·(667m2)-1处理番茄产量最高。综上,腐植酸肥0.4t·(667m2)-1+氨基酸肥0.03t·(667m2)-1、腐植酸肥0.4t·(667m2)-1+氨基酸肥0.03t·(667m2)-1+生物炭肥3t·(667m2)-1处理有利于改善土壤质量,提高番茄产量与果实品质。
In view of the obstacle of continuous cropping in protected soil of Ningxia area,this paperstudied the effect of amino acid fertilizer,humic acid fertilizer,biological carbon fertilizer on tomato(Solanumlycopersicum L.)yield,quality,soil nutrients and microorganism activity.The results showed that single organicfertilizer and organic fertilizer+biological carbon fertilizer(45t·hm-2),single humic acid fertilizer and humicacid fertilizer+amino acid fertilizer all could better improve soil pH.The application of humic acid fertilizer couldsignificantly increase the content of soil available nitrogen.The soil available potassium content was significantlyhigher than that of the other treatments.Organic fertilizer and humic acid fertilizer could effectively improve soilmicrobial quantity.Humic acid fertilizer+amino acid fertilizer could remarkably increase the number of bacteria.Single humic acid application could make the numbers of fungi and actinomycetes significantly higher than that of theother treatments.Treatment of applying organic fertilizer(15t·hm-2)+biological carbon fertilizer(90t·hm-2)could obtain the highest tomato yield.The treatments of humic acid fertilizer(6t·hm-2)+amino acid fertilizer(0.45t·hm-2)and humic acid fertilizer(6t·hm-2)+amino acid fertilizer(0.45t·hm-2)+biological carbon fertilizer(45t·hm-2)were favorable for improving soil quality and increasing tomato fruit quality and yield.
