利用福建厦门一级饮用水源地石兜一坂头水库的沉积物样品,采用化学提取法对水库沉积物中生物硅的测定进行确定及优化,建立了一套针对水源地水库沉积物样品的生物硅测定方法.即使用10%的H2O2和1.0mol·L-1的HCl对样品进行预处理,利用1mol·L-1的碳酸钠溶液在85℃水浴条件下进行单点提取,固液比为0.75g·L-1.结果表明:该方法的生物硅测定过程准确、简便,相对标准偏差小于10%,可用于水源地水库沉积物生物硅的测定.
Use the sediment samples took from Shidou-Bantou reservoir that was first-grade surface water conservation area of Xiamen in Fujian, an appropriate method to determine the hiogenic silica in the sediment samples of water source reservoir was developed by studying and optimizing the chemical extraction procedure. The best determination conditions were listed as follows: sample was pretreatment by 10% H2O2 and 1.0 mol · L-1 HC1, after pretreatment single point extraction was used with I tool · L-1 NaCO3 at 85℃, solid to liquid ratio was 0. 75 g· L-1. The results showed that this determination method was accurate and simple, and the relative standard deviations were less than 10%, it could be used for the determination of biogenic silica in the sediment samples of water source reservoir.
