The molecular mechanism of hemoglobin degraded by Eukaryotes＇ proteasomes on the basis of Eukaryotes＇ proteasome and hemoglobin molecular structure was elaborated, so that we can search a kind of valid way to regulate degrading hemoglobin, then to provide the theory of utilizating comprehensively domestic animals＇ blood.
