基于"物料流-价值流"分析范式,采用主成分与DEA方法测度水泥企业循环经济效率。结果表明水泥企业废弃物排放主要集中在熟料煅烧中心,中心的内部损失成本和外部损害费用最高,改善空间最大,效果最为明显。通过采用纯低温余热发电、工业废渣替代、高效低阻粉尘回收及生活垃圾协同处置等技术,企业经济效益和环境效益获得显著提升。
Based on the " material flow and value flow" analysis paradigm,this paper uses the principal component analysis and the DEA method to build a cement enterprise circular economy efficiency evaluation model,and chooses the material flow indicators as input variables,and the value stream index as output variables of cement enterprises.Analysis of the data from four companies shows that waste mostly occurs and discharges from the center of clinker calcination,which causes the greatest loss and has much room for improvement.With the use of waste heat power generation,industrial waste utilization,high efficiency low resistance dust collection technology,and co-disposal of household garbage,a cement enterprise can significantly improve its economic benefits and environmental benefits.
