In 2009,NIH released the Human Connectome Project（HCP）,which declared that HCP needs,though not limited,the following three crucial techniques： electroencephalogram（EEG）-functional magnetic resonance imaging（fMRI） integration,resting state fMRI and brain structure analysis concerning axon bundles visualization technique.Here,the three state-of-the-art areas are described,and the challenges in the future are discussed.
