以三氯甲烷作为有毒物质,研究了毒物负荷冲击时UASB反应器出水COD、VFA、CH4和容积产气率的变化规律。研究结果表明,UASB反应器对三氯甲烷冲击非常敏感,当反应器中的三氯甲烷瞬时质量浓度达到16.6mg/L时,出水COD和VFA最大浓度为正常出水时的10倍以上,容积产气率最大下降70%,CH4体积分数最大下降37%.反应器的主要性能参数在20h内不能恢复到原来的水平;反应器在毒物负荷冲击时,适当增加进水COD可以增强反应器稳定性和抗毒物冲击负荷能力.
With trichloromethane as toxic substance, the change regulations of the effluent COD, VFA, CH4 and volume gas production of the UASB reactor when bearing toxic load shock were studied. The results of the study showed that, the UASB reactor was hypersensitive to the trichloromethane shock, when the instantaneous mass concentration of trichloromethane in the reactor reached 16.6 mg/L, the maximum concentration of the effluent COD and VFA were over 10 times those of the normal effluent water, the maximum reduction of the volume gas production and the CH4 volume fraction were 70% and 37% respectively, the main performance parameters of the reactor could not be restored to their original level within 20 h. The study also indicated that, when the reactor was bearing the toxie load shock, increasing influent COD appropriately eould improve the stability of the reaetor and its anti-toxie shock load eapaeity.
