Objective： To establish a rat postpartum uterine endometritis model. Methods： After using Chemical irritants, to compare the inoculation, the direct abdominal incision surgery inoculated and the vagina to bacteria retrograde infection. Though endometrial morphology to observe and evaluate the three modeling methods are successful, the vagina is the most appropriate modeling method.
