本文基于光子相关光谱法,对实验数据采用NM单纯形方法来获取纳米级超细颗粒粒径。传统的积累分析法只对单一颗粒分布适用,而对多颗粒分布的非负约束最小二乘法及CONTIN方法等计算精度又太差。NM单纯形方法不仅适用于单一颗粒,而且适用于多颗粒分布,数值实验表明该方法大大提高了粒径测量的精确性。
In this paper, we apply the Nelder-Mead simplex method to deal with the measurement data to get the size of the Nanoparticle based on the so-called photon correlation spectroscopy. The traditional cumulant analysis is only suitable for single particle case, and existing numerical methods such as NNLS and CONTIN, etc, have poor accuracy when dealing with the multiple particle case. The Nelder-Mead simplex method is not only suitable for the single particle distribution, but also the multiple particle distribution, and the numerical simulation demonstrates that our method improves the accuracy of the measurement.
