指出了流式细胞分析(Flow cytometry,FCM)是运用流式细胞仪对液相中悬浮细胞或微粒进行研究的新兴技术。目前已广泛应用于生物学、医学等领域,它具有检测速度快、灵敏度高,且操作简便等特点。介绍了流式细胞仪的发展及其原理,阐述了流式细胞分析在动物学研究中的应用,包括在水生动物、哺乳动物以及动物病理学研究等方面的应用,并对其进行了总结与展望,为流式细胞分析的进一步发展提供参考,以期流式细胞仪在动物学研究中得到更好的发展。
Flow cytometry(FCM) is an emerging technology for the study of suspended cells or particles suspending in a stream of fluid using flow cytometer. In consideration of its fast detection speed, high sensitivity, and simple opera- tion, the technology has been applied in a number of fields, including biology, medicine and other research or prac- tices. In this paper, the development and principles of the flow cytometer are briefly introduced, the application of flow cytometry in zoological research is expoundedincluding aquatic animals, mammals and animal pathology. The re- sult provided a reference for the further development of flow cytometry, so that flow cytometer can be better devel- oped in zoological research.
