By studying given sample modes,a three-layer neural network mode could obtain experience, knowledge, subjective judgment, and the ability to weigh the importance of targets from evaluation specialists, so as to ensure objectivity of evaluation results. Examples show that neural networks are feasible and efficient for the evaluation of the organizational networking.
