hMSH6是一种错配修复基因,1995年首次发现其参与构成错配结合因子,MSH6是MutS同源物,其作用机制与癌基因及抑癌基因不同,主要影响人类基因组的稳定性。hMSH6基因的突变多为碱基小片段突变,其突变与大肠癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌等的发生相关。人们对该基因的研究日趋完善,本文综述了国外hMSH6基因的作用机制、与肿瘤的关系、测定方法等方面的研究情况。
It was found that hMSH6 takes part in constituting misparing combining gene, hMSH6 is a mismatch repair gene, which mutations are related to cancers, such as colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. MSH6, the homologue of MutS, its mechanism of action is different from carcinoma gene or restraining gene of carcinoma. Under the influence of MMR gene, the mankind genome stability will change. The most common mutation of MMR gene is small deletions/insertion, the research on this gene has been achieved perfection. This article summarizes the researches abroad on hMSH6 gene, such as the mechanism of action, relation of cancer and test methods.
