高压开关设备触头温度监测一直是电力设备故障诊断的重大课题之一,为了准确把握高压开关设备触头温度监测技术的研究现状及未来研究方向,文中将现有的高压开关设备触头温度监测方法进行了归纳分类——超温监测技术、电子式测温技术、红外辐射测温技术、红外热诊断技术、光纤光栅测温技术、光纤半导体测温技术及分布式光纤测温技术,并分别介绍了这些方法的基本原理和特点,梳理了各方法在高压开关设备触头温度诊断中的研究进展,指出了现有各测温技术优点与不足。最后,对高压开关设备触头温度监测还需解决的几个关键问题进行总结,提出了未来高压开关设备温度监测技术研究的关键点和研究方向。
The temperature monitoring of high vohage(HV) switchgear contacts is one of the most important research subject in power equipment's fault diagnosis. In order to accurately grasp the current research status and future research direction, this paper herein fully summarizes the contacts temperature monitoring method of HV switchgear as the following: over-temperature detection technology, electronic temperature measurement technology, infrared radiation temperature measurement technology, infrared thermal diagnosis technology, fiber bragg grating temperature measurement technology, fiber semiconductor temperature measurement technology and distributed fiber temperature measurement technology. The principle and characteristics of these methods are introduced, as well as the developments, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing techniques are summarized. At the end of this paper, the key problem of the temperature monitoring of high voltage (HV) switchgear contacts are presented and the focus of the future research is revealed.
