This article attempts to study the symbiosis relationship between enterprise social responsibility and the pursuit of economic interests from the strategic perspective. Guided by the sustainable development of the enterprise and the society, this study is to help optimize the structure of the balance of the social value and economic value as the goal, to build the corporate social responsibility strategic judgment standard static and dynamic performance of the framework, so as to find the strategic transformation of corporate social responsibility practice in our country.
