综述3种髓磷脂相关神经生长抑制因子——髓磷脂相关糖蛋白、Nogo蛋白和少突胶质细胞髓磷脂糖蛋白以及Nogo受体复合物的结构、分布与表达及功能,探讨这3种抑制因子的作用机制及由此引发的下游信号通路,展望以这3种抑制因子及其受体为靶点、开发具有神经保护和促进神经生长活性的中枢神经损伤治疗药物的前景。
The structures, distributions, expressions and functions of three myelin-assoclated nerve growth inhlbitors, myelin-assoclated glycoprotein, Nogo and oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein, and NgR complex were reviewed. The mechanisms of action of these nerve growth inhibitors and the downstream signalling pathway thereby were discussed. It was expected to provide some strategies for the design and development of therapies for CNS injury targeting these inhibitors and their receptors to show the activity of neuroprotection and enhancement of neurite outgrowth.
