From the perspective of global economic development,the current international environment changes greatly. In the context of the global division of labor,China＇s industrial restructuring also needs to make appropriate planning adjustments,and actively participate in the division of labor in the global economic development. In this paper,the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the industrial transformation mechanism of the five developed countries and the industrial transformation mechanism of the first and the two or three industries in china in order to provide decision support for China＇s future industrial policy formulation.
