能源微藻的辐射特性参数是进行光生物反应器内局部光环境分析、微藻生长及产量预测所依赖的基础物性参数。本文使用自制光散射测量实验台对3种小球藻细胞的散射相函数进行了实验研究,并使用Henyey-Greenstein散射相函数对其进行了参数拟合以方便实际使用。研究表明:所研究的3种小球藻细胞的散射相函数随角度的变化趋势相同,具均有很强的前向散射特性,不对称因子约为0.99,Henyey-Greenstein散射相函数模型可以作为小球藻细胞真实散射相函数的一个很好的近似。
The radiative properties of energy microalgae are basic parameters used to analyze local light filed in photobioreactor and to predict the productivity of microlagae. In this paper, a scatterometer was designed and used to measure the scattering phase function of three kinds of Chlorella. For the ease of real application of the measured scattering phase functions, the Henyey-Greenstein phase function model is used to fit the experimentally data. The results show that the trend of scattering phase function vary with the scattering angle is similar for the three kinds of Chlorella. The scattering phase functions feature a strong forward peak, and have asymmetry factor of about 0.99. The Henyey-Greenstein phase function is a good approximation for the scattering phase function of the Chlorella.
