英文摘要：
Firstly, the necessity and in the feasibility of implementing the monitorial system in the undergraduates was introduced. Then, class 350302 of Beihang University was taken as a typical example, the effective establishment and implementation regulations of monitorial system were discussed in detail. Finally, according to the exact practice, the main issues and the countermeasures of the undergraduate monitorial system were presented.
