英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the change of creatine and hippuric acid concentration in the urine under the different level of fasting blood glucose in Kazak population in Xinjiang.Methods On the basis of the epidemiological survey,the condition of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）of Kazak people in Buerjin county were included,and the urine samples were detected.Results The concentration of creatine was no significant differences between T2DM patients and normal glucose tolerance（NGT）（P0.05）,but the concentration of hippuric acid in NGT was higher than T2DM patients（P0.05）;the urine pH in NGT was higher than T2DM patients（P0.05）.Conclusion The residents should enhance the heath examination,urine pH detection and healthy education,control the diet configuration.
