考虑到数据信息的不完备和单一研究方法的局限性,采用粗集理论属性重要性分析、模糊集合贴近度分析和灰关联分析,通过试验研究,比较并评价不同性质的加工质量指标对轴承振动的影响程度,找出了各加工质量指标对滚动轴承振动影响较大的因素。这些因素的重要程度排序依次为:内圈沟道曲率半径、外圈沟道曲率半径、内圈沟道形状误差。
Considering of the incomplete data and the limitation of a single research method,based on experiments,attribute importance of rough sets theory,the approach degre analysis of fuzzy set and grey relational analysis are used to evaluate and compare the influence of vibration of roUing bearing by differ- ent kinds of machining quality,and the main factors affecting bearing vibration are determined. The impor- tance of these factors are as follows:Inner-race groove curvature radii,outer-race groove curvature radii, Inner-race groove form error.
