人力资本与社会资本是研究大学生就业问题的两个基本视角。对上海市高校大学生的实证分析发现:少数民族大学生的人力资本水平较低,社会资本水平较高,就业竞争力较弱,人力资本影响就业竞争力的程度高于社会资本;民族因素会弱化人力资本的影响,强化学校社会资本的影响,对家庭社会资本的调节效果不显著,但人力资本的影响仍高于社会资本。因此,解决少数民族大学生的就业问题需要政府、学校、学生三方共同努力,而三方的联动能够有效地提高少数民族大学生的就业竞争力。
Human capital and social capital are the two perspectives in studying employment of university students. The findings of an empirical analysis of students in Shanghai universities show that ethnic minority students have a low-leveled human capital,but a high-leveled social capital; their employment competitiveness is rather weak,and the influence of human capital on employment competitiveness is higher in degree than social capital; ethnic factor will weaken the influence of human capital,strengthen the influence of social capital of schools,and has no significant adjusting effect on family 's social capital; while the influence of human capital is still stronger than social capital. Therefore,in order to solve their employment problem,the joint efforts of the government,school and students are required,because they can effectively improve their employment competitiveness.
