In recent years,the fire force take place the suicides among recruits,though not widespread,organization at all levels pay earnest attention to this problem.It is need deeply research and discuss how to kill the case at birth and to prevent and decrease the accidents,ensure the young soldiers grow up health and the fire force keep high stability.The article was effort to make an environmental adaptation,personality,type of crisis analysis,to find the cause of suicide,.besides,clearing up a misunderstanding about suicides.It will offer some service for the manager in basic units.
