探讨以H6 P2 W18 O(62)/SiO2为催化剂,以苯甲醛、1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了醛醇物质量比,催化剂用量,带水剂用量及反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响.实验表明:固定苯甲醛为0.2 mol,n(苯甲醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.3,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的0.8%,环己烷的体积为6 m L,反应时间为60 min优化条件下,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛收率可达67.1%.
Benzaldehyde 1,2 -propanediol acetal was synthesis from benzaldehyde and 1,2 -propanediol in thepresence of H6P2W18O62/SiO2. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are : molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2 - propanediol is 1: 1.3, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants is 0.8%, cyclohexane as carrying - water reagent, and the reaction time is 60min. H6P2W18O62/SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing benzaldehyde 1,2 -propanediol acetal and its yield can reach over 67.1%.
