As one of the principal means of solving ＂three agricultural＂ problems, farmer entrepreneurship has become a heated topic of discussion in the academic circles. The paper analyzes the relationship between the farmers＇ family entrepreneurial environment, the activities involved and the achievements, and carries out an empirical analysis by using the structural equation model. The results show as follows ： Farmer entrepreneurship is mainly centered on their families;external environment and home environment have a significantly positive effect on the farmers＇ family entrepreneurial activities;farmers＇ family entrepreneurial environment has a remarkably indirect effect on their entrepreneurial performance;their entrepreneurial activities have an apparently direct and positive effect on their entrepreneurial performance.
