The Business English Majors of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges, which arc employment-oriented and focus on the ability training, should improve their practical teaching system to be connective with each other, if they want to open a long-term way in a fiercely competitive job market. The practical courses system of secondary and higher vocational education should begin with top-level design, and make clear every advancing level of vocational ability. The module decomposition of practical courses should be based on the targetjobs （groups）, and the cultivating objectives of Business English Majors in secondary and higher vocational education should be respectively decomposed into separated ability modules, which will be integrated later on according to their ability structure and knowledge structure. During the implementation, a three-dimensional practical teaching platform is set up, namely ＂on-campus practice, the second classroom and enterprise practice＂.
