The paper analyses the policy structure and system of the school sports reform in Germany.The policy treatment system of the school sport in Germany is featured with flexible treatment mechanism,multiple treatment goals and coordination of treatment tools,which ensure the sound operation of the school sport in Germany.The paper proposes to construct the policy treatment mechanism of school sport in China,establish new goal of health promotion,obesity reduction,sports habit forming and cooperation awareness and construct the coordination of the policy tools of school sport in China.
