The study mainly from three points of view such as ＂New Institution Economics Theory＂, ＂Behavior Economics Theory＂ and ＂Contract Theory＂ to investigate the inherence logics between contract choices and farmer＇ s quality control behavior and these relationships would effect the food safety problem. And then figure them out from a comparative static analysis model of Muti - agent principal - agent to find the possible effection sectors about farmer＇ s quality control behavior to clearly show the theory basis and different analysis routes, last but not least form above description we can get some restdts and suggestion.
