电絮凝是去除废水中重金属离子的有效技术。研究考察了极板类型、电流密度、溶液pH值和阳离子(ca3+、M3+)、阴离子(so42-、Cl-、NOs-、H2P02-)对电絮凝除cu2+的影响,并解析这些影响因素对电絮凝效率的作用机制。结果表明,采用铁板电极在电流密度13+mA/cm2、初始pH=5.0,反应60min后Cu2+(250mgIL)去除率可达09%以上。ca2+、Mg2+对Cu2+的电絮凝去除影响不明显,so42-、H2pO2-、cl—对除Cu2+有促进作用,而NOs-的存在会显著降低除Clln效果。
Heavy metal ions can be effectively removed by electrocoagulation technique. Effect of electrode type, current density, aqueous pH and cations including Ca2~ and Mg2~ as well as anions such as SO2-, CI-, NO3- and H2PO2- on the removal efficiency of Cu2~ was studied. The influence mechanism of these factors on electrocoagulation efficiency was analyzed. Results indicated that the removal rate of Cu~~ (250 mg/L) was more than 99% during 60 min electrolysis at 13 mA/cm~ of current density and initial pH 5.0 with iron electrode. The removal performance of Cu2~ was not significantly influenced by Ca2~ and Mg2+ in solution. The presence of SO~-, CI- and H2PO2- in solution could promote Cu2~ removal, however, NO3- addition could obviously decrease the removal efficiency of Cu2+ during the electrocoagulation process.
