利用小型鱼日本青鳉考察MFI型纳米分子筛对有毒重金属离子(Cu2+、Cd2+)生物有效性的影响,并通过静态平衡实验探讨MFI型纳米分子筛对重金属的吸附行为。暴露3 d,MFI型纳米分子筛可降低Cu2+、Cd2+的生物有效性;暴露10 d,MFI型纳米分子筛对Cu2+、Cd2+生物有效性的影响减小;清除7 d后,MFI型纳米分子筛对Cu2+有促进清除的作用,而对Cd2+清除无促进作用。静态平衡实验中比较了MFI型纳米分子筛与4A分子筛的吸附行为,结果发现,MFI型纳米分子筛对Cu2+、Cd2+的吸附性能远小于4A分子筛。结果表明,全硅型纳米分子筛难以有效降低重金属的生物有效性,其机制可能与分子筛组成有关。
Influence of MFI nano-zeolite on the bioaccumulation of waterborne Cu2+ and Cd2+ was investigated in medaka fish static exposure experiment.The results indicated that the bioaccumulation of tested metals was reduced by MFI nano-zeolite after 3 days exposure.Nevertheless,significant decrease in that influence was observed after 10 days of exposure.Additionally,clearance of copper and cadmium from medaka body could not be changed by MFI nano-zeolite.The adsorption behavior of MFI nano-zeolite was compared with the commercial 4A zeolite in static adsorption experiment.Results showed that the adsorption capacity of nano-zeolite for Cu2+ and Cd2+ was lower than that of 4A zeolite.This experiment suggested that the bioavailability of Cu2+ and Cd2+ may not be altered by MFI nano-zeolite treatment,in which the mechanism could mainly be attributed to their composition.
