为了实现对生物组织光学参数的实时在位的测量,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的组织光学参数自动测试系统;该系统利用虚拟仪器建立步进电机控制系统和数据采集系统,系统硬件主要由运动控制卡(PCI-7344)、步进电机驱动器(MID-7604)及由特殊光纤探头组成的稳定态光纤光谱仪等组成;软件系统以LabVIEW为开发平台;利用此系统进行了实时在位大鼠脑部不同深度光谱测量实验,实验结果证明该系统准确、可靠。
In order to measure optical parameters of biological tissue real-time in vivo, automatic measurement system of biological tissue based on virtual instruments is developed. The system uses virtual instruments to build stepper controlling system and data collecting system. The hardware of system is consisted of motion controller (PCI-7344), stepper power diver (MID-7604) and a static fiber optical spectrometry. The development of system is based on platform of LabVIEW. Using the automatic measurement system to test different depth spectrum of rats real-time in vivo, result of experiment proves that the system is exact and credible.
