A series of novel chiral amino alcohols containing benzimidazole group were synthesized by the reaction of D- phenylglycinol with different substituted 2 - chlorobenzimidazole which were synthesized by bromination and nitration. The final products were identified by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance（NMR）, Infrared Ray（IR）, Mass Spectrometry（MS）.
