根据生产任务构建制造单元是缩小生产设备调度范围、提高机床利用率的一个有效途径。针对制造单元构建问题,给出了一种基于信息素的制造单元构建算法。首先,构造了基于信息素的单元构建模型。其次,给出了基于信息素的设备关联矩阵模型和工艺路线关联矩阵模型,并给出了算法的具体实施步骤。该算法具有模型简单、设计变量少等优点。最后,通过具体实例验证了该算法的可行性。
Reconfigurating manufacturing cells according to the production tasks is an efficient way to reduce the range of scheduling shop-floor and increase the efficiency of machines.A manufacturing cell reconfiguration algorithm based on pheromone is proposed for reconfigurating manufacturing cells.First,the cell reconfiguration model based on pheromone is constructed.Then,the conjunction matrix model of machines and the conjunction matrix model of machining routes based on pheromone are given,and the concrete steps of this algorithm are also given.The algorithm has the advantages of simple model and less design variables.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.
