采用改进固相法制备了钙钛矿结构La1-xSrxGa1-yMgyO3-δ固体电解质材料,对电解质的制备方法、物相组成、微观形貌及电导率进行了分析研究.借助XRD分析了样品中钙钛矿相的形成过程,用SEM分析了电解质颗粒的表面形貌;采用交流阻抗谱技术研究了实验所获得La1-xSrxGa1-yMgyO3-δ样品的电导率.XRD分析表明,在1 250℃烧结后,粉体开始形成钙钛矿结构,随着温度的升高,粉体中杂相含量越来越少,经1 450℃烧结后,形成了单一的钙钛矿结构相;SEM分析表明,合成电解质粉体的晶粒相对圆润,晶粒分布较均匀;交流阻抗谱检测表明,烧结样品具有稳定的离子电导性能.
The La1-xSrxGa1-yMgyO3-δ electrolyte with perovskite structure was prepared by an improved solid state method.The preparation method,the phase compositions,the microstructure,and the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte were investigated.The phases of the La1-xSrxGa1-yMgyO3-δ samples were analyzed by XRD.The microstructure of La1-xSrxGa1-yMgyO3-δ was observed by SEM,and the electrical performance of the sample was studied by AC resistance spectrum.XRD patterns indicated that perovskite phase existed after the mixed materials was sintered at 1 250 ℃,the impurity became less with increasing the temperature;the powder had pure perovskite phase when the mixed materials was sintered at 1 450 ℃.SEM analysis showed that the grains of the synthetic electrolyte powders are almost spherical,with more homogeneous grain distribution;the sample had a stable conductivity according to the AC impedance spectra.
