采用水热晶化法制备Ln-MCM-41(Ln=La,Ce,Pr)(x=Ln/Si=0.00,0.01,0.03,0.05)介孔分子筛,通过XRD对其结构进行了分析.实验表明,稀土元素Ln成功嵌入MCM-41介孔分子筛骨架点阵结构,该分子筛具有典型六方有序介孔结构,晶面间距d100和晶胞参数a0在介孔尺度范围内(2~50 nm)随Ln离子半径的减小而减小,长程有序性增加;但d100和a0却随着掺杂量x的增加而增大.
Nano-scaled mesoporous molecular sieves Ln-MCM-41 (Ln = La, Ce, Pr) (x = Ln/Si =0.00, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05) were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization. The microstructure of the samples was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the rare earth dopants Ln are well wedged in the lattice framework of the nanosized mesoporous molecular sieves. The mesoporous sieves present typically hexagonal ordered structure. The interplanar spacing d100 and the cell parameter α0 of the structure decrease with a decrement in the atomic radius of the dopants Ln, and the structure exhibits better long-distance order, too.
