采用溶胶凝胶法制备了锌掺杂TiO2粉体(ZnTiO2),采用XRD、TEM、UVVis、PL等方法对其进行表征和分析。结果表明,Zn掺杂降低了TiO2的相转变温度,拓展了TiO2对可见光的吸收范围,有效地抑制了光生电子空穴对的复合。光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的实验表明,n(Zn):n(T1)-0.045,400℃烧结的ZnTiO2粉体具有最佳光催化性能,在普通日光灯下对亚甲基蓝的降解率达95.77%,明显优于德国Degussa公司生产的P25纯TlO2光催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解率44.95%。
Zn doped TiO2 powders (Zn TiO2) were synthesized by sol gel method. The obtained powders were characterized by XRD, TEM, UV Vis, PL, respectively. The results show that Zn doping can decrease the phase transition temperature, broaden the al3sorption spectrum to the visil31e light region, and inhil3it the re combination of photoelectron hole pairs. The experiments of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MPD suggest that the photocatalytic activity of the Zn TiO2 powders at n (Zn) : n (Ti) 0. 045(molar ratio) and the calcinated temperature of 400 ℃ was the 13est. Under the fluorescent light irradiation, the degradation rate of the Zn TiO2 sample to methyl blue reaches 95.77%, which was obviously higher than 44. 95% of P2,5, the pure TiO2 photocatalyst made in Degussa, German.
