[目的]了解分析山东省乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源现状,为加强基层人才队伍建设提供依据。[方法]从2015年山东省乡镇卫生院信息统计报表中收集相关数据,对山东省乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源的规模、分布、性别、年龄、学历和专业技术资格构成进行描述性分析。[结果]全省乡镇卫生院院均拥有卫技人员61人,男女比为4:6,25~44岁年龄段占41.90%,本科以下学历占96.11%,初级及以下专业技术资格卫生人员占52.43%,注册护士和医技人员院均16.8人和11.2人。[结论]全省乡镇卫生人员总量充足,卫生技术人员性别比例和年龄结构趋于合理,但学历和专业技术水平总体较低。
Objective To analyze the status quo of heahh human resources in township health clinics in Shandong province so as to provide basis for strengthening grass roots talent team construction. Methods It collected relevant data through township health clinics information statistical form in 2015, used the method of descriptive analysis to analyze the scale, distribution, gender, age, education background and technical ti- tle of health human resources in township health clinics in Shandong. Results There were average 61 health workers in township health clinics, male - female ratio was 4 : 6, The proportion of age bracket from 25 to 44 was 41.90%. The proportion of education background under under- graduate was 96. 11%. The proportion of health workers whose professional skill qualification was primary and under was 52.43%. There were average 16. 8 and 11.2 registered nurses and health workers in township health clinics. Conclusions The gross number of health human workers in township health clinics is full. Gender ratio and age composition of health workers are reasonable, but education background and professional skill level are lower.
