为了解决我国北方寒冷地区道路积冰不易清除的问题,提出了利用微波加热清除道路积冰的方法。利用路面材料比冰更易吸收微波的特点,让微波透过冰层加热路面的功能,使贴近路面的冰层融化,消除冰层和路面的结合力。然后利用机械方式除冰。本文主要论述了关键部件微波加热板的升降原理及其液压系统的设计计算方法。
In order to remove ice from streets in the northern cold regions in winter, the application of microwave heating was suggested. Microwave can heat road surface through ice and thaw the ice pressing close to the road surface, which eliminates connecting force between ice and road surface and make ice easy to be removed with mechanical devices. The principle of elevation and subsidence of microwave hot plate, the design and calculation of hydraulic pressure system were introduced.
