W-10Cu复合材料是一种广泛使用的热沉材料,但采用普通粉末成形得到的W-10Cu制品无法获得足够的致密度,从而限制了其应用。本文采用超细W-Cu复合粉末进行注射成形(MIM),在1 400℃液相烧结,所得烧结体的致密度超过99%;合金内部W、Cu两相分布均匀,W晶粒大小为2~3μm;其热导率达到215W/(m.K),室温至600℃热膨胀系数的变化范围为6.4×10-6~7.8×10-6℃-1。对注射成形和渗Cu工艺制备的W-10Cu零件的微观结构和热学性能进行了比较。
W-10Cu is one of the most widely used materials for thermal sink applications.The sinterability of this material is,however,not enough for reaching high density with normal powder.An in-house developed W-10Cu ultrafine composite powder has been employed for MIM.The W-10Cu parts sintered at 1 400 ℃ have exceeded relative density of 99%.The microstructure of sintered W-10Cu is homogenous and grain size for W is about 2~3 μm.Furthermore,the sintered W-Cu composite exhibits excellent thermal conductivity of 215W/(m·K),and the coefficient of thermal expansion is between 6.4×10-6~7.8×10-6K-1 in the temperature range of 25℃ to 600 ℃.A comparison between W-10Cu MIM parts and Cu infiltrated products in microstructure and properties has been presented.
