研究了一种测量精度较高的去包层引入反射元件的拉锥光纤折射率传感器。从拉锥光纤的各参数入手,分析研究了各因素对拉锥光纤灵敏度的不同影响效果。同时,为了提高系统的灵敏度,在拉锥光纤的末端引入反射元件(镀金膜),将镀膜后的拉锥光纤传感区浸入折射率不同的液体中,研究其折射率传感特性。
This paper investigates a kind of fiber refractive index sensor which has the advantages of high measuring accuracy, by introducing reflective elements into the cladding layer. The paper analyzes the different effects of various factors on the sensitivity of the tapered optical fiber. By the way, in order to improve the sensitivity of the system, the reflection element (gold-plated) is introduced at the end of the tapered fiber, then the sensing area of the coated tapered fiber is immersed in liquid which with different refractive index, and analyzes the shift of optical transmission spectrum.
