提出工字型定子驱动的压电直线电机,将工型结构上两平行板的面内一、二阶反对称弯振作为工作模态,以板侧的4个凸起作为驱动足。这些驱动足沿对角线分为两组交替地驱动动子。阐述电机的驱动机理,建立了定子的机电耦合分析数值模型,求解出电机工作模态,模拟出驱动端轨迹,验证了电机原理,完成了电机装配结构设计。研究表明,当弯、纵振激励电压分别为50V和250V时,驱动端的z、y向振幅分别达1μm和2μm。该电机有望输出较大动力和速度,具有良好的应用前景。
A linear motor based on an I-shaped stator was proposed in this paper.The 1st asymmetric longitudinal mode and 2nd asymmetric in-plane bending mode of the stator were employed as the working modes,four bulges on the sides of the stator were used as the stator's driving ends which pushed the slider with each two of them in opposite angle.The principle of the motor was discussed.An FEM model for the stator was built to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the motor by the modal analysis and transient analysis.The assembly of motor with I-shaped stator is completed.The amplitude of the stator in the zand ydirections were 1μm and 2μm respectively when the bending vibration excitation voltage was 50 Vand the longitudinal excitation voltage was 250 V.This motor is expected to have a greater power and speed,and has a good application prospect.
