A design on stepping motor drive control system with high precision and high reliability is introduced in the paper. Making full use of intelligent driver chip TMC260, and combining with freely programmable FPGA features, a drive circuit of two phase stepping motor is designed based on this method. The drive circuit realizes the motor step with 256 segments in the broad- band high precision, and achieves functions of motor overload and stall alarm. As a core drive part of blood analyzer, the method has a good effect on clinical application.
