目的建立了利用生成普鲁士蓝测定头孢唑啉钠含量的新方法。方法头孢唑啉钠在0.10mol·L-1 Na OH溶液中、100℃水浴加热降解为含巯基化合物。然后加入Fe Cl3,巯基化合物能把Fe3+还原为Fe2+,Fe2+与K3〔Fe(CN)6〕生成可溶性普鲁士蓝,通过测定普鲁士蓝在740nm的吸光度,间接测定头孢唑啉钠的含量。结果头孢唑啉钠含量在0.11~9.60μg·m L-1均具有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程A=0.2041C(μg·m L-1)-0.0227,相关系数R=0.999。摩尔吸光系数ε740=9.7×104L/(mol·cm)。结论本法用于测定头孢唑啉钠粉针剂,平均回收率为99.74%,样品测定结果与中国药典法的测定结果基本一致。
OBJECTIVE A new speetrophotometric method has been established to determine cefazolin sodium using the generated Prussian blue. METHOD In the 0. 1 tool · L- 1 NaOH solution, eefazolin sodium can be de- graded to form sulfhydryl group at 100℃ water-bath heating. Then,the Fe3+ will be reduced to form Fe2+ by sulfbydryl group after we adding FeCI3. And the soluble Prussian blue is produced by the reaction between Fe2+ and K3 [ Fe(CN) 6 ] By determining the absorbance of Prussian blue in the 740rim wavelength, the indi- rect determination of cefazolin sodium can be achieved, RESULTS A good linear relationship is obtained when the content of eefazolin sodium range from 0. 11 μg · mL-1 to 9.60μg · mL-1. The linear regression equation is A = 0. 2041C( μg ·mL-1) -0. 0227 with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 9.7 ×104L · (tool · cm-1 ). CONCLUSION This method has been applied to the determination of cefazolin so- dium powder injection with satisfactory results ,The average recovery was 99. 74%. The determination results of sam- ple were almost identical to those obtained by Ch. P method.
