高层管理支持对信息系统的成功有着决定性的影响。然而,尽管前期相关研究不少,但对高管支持的理解并不系统,甚至对“高层管理”所指对象都不清晰,缺乏理论框架。因此导致实证文献的可比度较低,实践者无从吸收研究成果。针对以上问题,本文基于发表在重要国际学术期刊的前期研究,重新定义了高管支持概念及其六个维度,并探讨未来研究方向。
Top management support is crucial for the success of information systems. However, despite extensive prior researches, there is not a systematic understanding of such support. In fact, it even remains vague on what top management refers to in the absence of a theoretical framework. In response to such a fact, this paper reconceptualizes the key construct and identifies its six key dimensions, based on prior researches that appear in leading international journals. It also proposes future research directions.
