为研究大倾角煤层开采过程中矸石滑移充填对工作面矿压的影响机理,建立了大倾角煤层开采工作面下部矸石充填力学模型,并对新疆焦煤集团25112工作面展开了物理相似模拟实验和现场矿压监测。得到了大倾角煤层开采工作面岩梁剪切力、弯矩分布和两端支座反力的表达式,以及25112工作面矸石滑移充填特征和工作面不同区域支架载荷分布。结果表明,矸石滑移充填具有非均匀性,工作面矿压现象具有分区域性,来压时间具有时序性。由于受矸石的充填效应影响,大倾角煤层开采工作面充填区与近水平煤层开采相比,顶板岩梁的剪切力、弯矩都有所变小,工作面下部的矿压显现缓和于工作面中上部,来压时间滞后中、上部工作面。随着工作面沿倾向向上充填程度的逐步减弱,工作面矿压将增大,增大支架的支撑力可减缓工作面煤体(壁),顶板的受力状态,利于工作面的顶板管理。
In order to study the impact mechanism of sliding gangue on working-face when mining steep- ly dipping seam, this paper built a gangue filling mechanical model at working-face bottom in steeply dipping seam. Also ,conducted an similar simulation experiment and site measurements of 25221 work- ing-face in Xinjiang Coking Coal Group. The expressions of shear stress distribution, moment distribution and support reaction of two ends beam were deduced, and obtained sliding gangue filling characteristics and support load distribution in different working-face areas. The results shows the non-uniformity of col- lapsed strata filling The maximum shear working-face and mine pressure appearance. Roof pressure have a time sequence. stress and moment by filling method are much smaller than the one by caving meth- od. The lower part working-face mine pressure is less than the other parts working-face, mine pressure arrivals later than the other parts working-face. With the gradual weakening of the filling level, the mine pressure appearance will increase, and increasing working resistance can slow down the force state of coal wall anti roof,which is conducive to face roof management.
