基于MTS-815电液伺服实验系统和AE(acoustic emission)测试系统,分析了苇湖梁煤矿B1+2煤样在三轴压缩下的强度、变形及损伤的AE的特征参数;建立了三轴作用下AE能率发生时间间隔Weibull分布模型,预测特定时间段内煤体损伤的累计概率,进而对其进行定量的预测。结果表明与实验结果基本相吻合,这对开采过程中煤岩失稳前兆信息确定和定量化预报具有重要的意义。
Based on MTS -815 servo-controlled rock mechanics test system and acoustic emission(AE) equipment, the strength, deformation and damage AE-energy-rate characteristics of coal specimen from Weihuliang Coal Mine under tri-axial loading were analyzed. A new model of Weibull distribution on the AE higher energy-rate emergence interval under tri-axial loading were established, and the total probability of coal sample fracture failure in an interval is got according to the model. Then, the forecasting of the coal fracture failure is studied. The results indicate that the Weibull distribution of the AE higher energy-rate emergence were similar to the experimental results measured. It is important to the identification and ration prediction of coal failure in the mining.
