解列是电力系统在受到大干扰、系统完整性无法保持的情况下将系统分解成几个孤岛的控制。基于在线信息做可行性判断,是实施解列控制的决策前提。从解列控制的主要目标隔离异步机群出发,分析影响解列可行性的众多约束,指出同调约束是其中最关键约束。在阐明电力系统机群失稳机理之后指出,只有那些有显著机群模式、机群之间存在弱连接的电力系统,才是适合解列的系统。据此,提出基于特征分析的解列可行性判断方法,给出解列可行的3个必要条件,通过对若干典型系统的仿真计算,证明方法的有效性。
Power system splitting (also called as system islanding) is to split an interconnected power grid into several islands when the system is subject to severe disturbances and system integrity can not be hold, so that the continuity of power service on islands can be sustained. As a precondition, feasibility of islanding control must be determined online. Because the essential goal of islanding control is to isolate asynchronous generator groups, the constraint that generators in the same island must keep synchronous plays the most important role. Islanding control is only applicable to the systems that contain notable swing modes among generator groups and have weak connections between these groups. Stemming from this knowledge, this paper proposes several eigen-analysis-based indices, which are necessary conditions, to estimate the feasibility of islanding control to power systems. Case studies are conducted to illustrate and support these indices.
