为方便储存果蔬,利用热管结构简单、温差小、成本低、安全可靠等优点设计微热管果蔬保鲜储存装置,对果蔬进行储存保鲜试验研究。结果表明,在本试验条件下,热管最佳工作状态时充液率为20%;热管数量越多,长度越长,降温效果越明显,降温速度越快。微热管储存装置在一定程度上能够达到对蔬菜降温保鲜效果。
Designed a micro tube fruits and vegetables storage device making use of the heat tube with advantages of simple structure, small temperature difference, low cost, safe and reliable, etc. Under our experiment conditions, the best fluid filling rate is 20%, and the more heat tube number and the more longer length, the more obvious the cooling effect and the faster cooling rate. The heat tube storage device can achieve cooling and preservation of vegetables.
