目的检测抵抗素蛋白在子宫内膜异位症患者异位子宫内膜、在位子宫内膜和正常子宫内膜中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测抵抗素蛋白在异位内膜、在位内膜及正常子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,并分析和比较其表达是否有差异。结果抵抗素蛋白在异位内膜的表达率及强度均高于在位内膜,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。而在位内膜与正常内膜的表达率及强度比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。阳性表达定位于子宫内膜间质细胞的细胞质。结论抵抗素蛋白在子宫内膜异位症的发病中可能起重要作用。

英文摘要：

Objective To examine expression of resistin protein in patients with and without endometriosis.Methods The expression of resistin protein was detected in the normal,ectopic,eutopic endometrial tissues in women with andwithout endometriosis via immunohistochemistry SP method.The different expression was analyzed.Results The expression rate and intensity of resistin was higher in ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis than that of in the eutopic endometrium group（P〈0.05）.However,The expression rate and intensity of resistin of the eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis and of that in the endometrium of women without endometriosis was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Resistin staining was located in the cytoplasm of endometrial stromal cells.Conclusion The expression of resistin in the ectopic endometrium might play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
