目的探讨富含半胱氡酸的酸性分泌蛋白/骨连接素2(SPOCK2)及基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)在卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法通过免疫组化技术检测中国医科大学附属盛京医院2008年1月至2013年1月收治的卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌40例、正常卵巢组织10例及卵巢异位内膜组织11倒中SPOCK2及MMP2蛋白表达,比较各组织中SPOCK2及MMP2的表达差异及两种蛋白表达的相关性。结果卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌组织中SPOCK2蛋白表达显著低于正常卵巢组织及异位内膜组织(P〈0.05),SPOCK2蛋白表达与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的分化程度及分期无关(P〉0.05);卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌组织中MMP2蛋白表达显著高于正常卵巢组织及卵巢异位内膜组织(P〈0.05),MMP2蛋白表达与卵巢内膜样腺癌分化程度及临床分期具有相关性(P〈0.05)。SPOCK2及MMP2蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论SPOCK2表达缺失可能与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的发生相关,MMP2蛋白表达增加可能与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的进展具有相关性,参与卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌的的侵袭、转移过程。
Objective To investigate the significance of SPOCK2 and MMP2 expression in the ovarian endometrioid cancer.Methods The expression of SPOCK2 and MMP2 was investigated by immunohistoehemistry method in 40 cases of ovarian endometrioid cancer, 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 11 eases of ovarian ectopie endometria. Compare the expression of MMP2 and SPOCK2 in different tissues and analyze the correlation between these two proteins. Results The expression of SPOCK2 was significantly decreased in the ovarian endometrioid cancer, compared to the normal ovarian tissue and ovarian ectopie endometria (P〈0.05), and was not correlated with the differentiation degree and clinical stages of ovarian endometrioid cancer (P〉0.05).The expression of MMP2 was significantly increased in the ovarian endometrioid cancer (P〈O.05)and was correlated with the differentiation degree and clinical stages of ovarian endometrioid cancer (P〈0.05).The expression of SPOCK2 and MMP2 had negative correlation (P〈0.05).Conclusion Low expression of SPOCK2 may be related to the pathogenesis of ovarian endometrioid cancer, while high expression of MMP2 may be related to the development of ovarian endometrioid cancer and takes part in the invasion and metastasis of ovarian endometrioid cancer.
