针对本科专业教学满意度影响因素的测评问题,提出利用多水平模型的影响因素方法进行分析;本科专业教学满意度影响因子的数据具有学生个体、专业系部、学院以及学校组织的嵌套结构,不满足传统一般回归模型的独立性条件,其建模需要采用适用于嵌套结构数据的多水平模型进行拟合分析;基于一手资料和二手资料的收集整理,构建本科专业教学满意度综合评价体系,由此建立满意度影响因素的多水平模型并进行分析,根据模型分析结论,对本科专业教学满意度提高提出针对性的建设性意见和对策。
In order to evaluate the influence factors of undergraduate teaching satisfaction, this paper puts forward the analysis method of influencing factors by multilevel model. Undergraduate teaching satisfaction factors data with individual student data, department of professional, college and school organization have the nested structure, which does not meet the conditions for the independence of the traditional regression model, the modeling needs the multilevel model applied to nested structure data fitting analysis. Based on the collection of first hand data and secondary hand data, the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system of undergraduate teaching satisfaction is conducted, thereby a multi level model of factors affecting satisfaction is set up for the analysis, according to the conclusions of the model analysis, the constructive suggestions and countermeasures for improving the teaching satisfaction of undergraduate majors are pointed out.
